Co-ordination, Preparation and Identification of issues and Circualtion of Finished Goods Status & Day Coverage Reports for different businesses under ACI Limited.
Developed Sales Forecast using different Machine Learning models based on Long Short Term Memory (LSTM), Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) etc. to improve SKU-Wise forecast accuracy.
Measure the accuracy and biasness of demand plan and make necessary suggestions to improve the demand plan.
Devise a process and system to identify the risk areas highly correlated with wrong replenishment and low production performance.
Update the databases i.e. product master for different businesses and analyze & circulate monthly depot-wise allocation based on historical sales.
